These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OnlySongs website and services, including but not limited to the purchase of custom songs, printable artwork, and streaming distribution (“Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Ordering and Service Delivery
2.1. Order Submission
All orders must be submitted via our official website. You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and honest information required to fulfill the service.
2.2. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time is within 24 hours. If you purchase the Boost add-on, delivery will occur within 4 hours. Delays may occur due to technical issues, high demand, or force majeure. No compensation is provided for delays within 12 hours of the stated delivery window.
2.3. Delivery Method
All products are digital and delivered via email to the address you provide during the order process. No physical goods will be shipped.
User Content and Submission
3.1. Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. This includes but is not limited to names, dedications, stories, genre preferences, and mood selections.
3.2. Content Restrictions
You may not submit content that is offensive, hateful, discriminatory, violent, or unlawful; sexually explicit or inappropriate for general audiences; in violation of third-party copyrights or trademarks. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that breach these terms.
Product Ownership and Licensing
4.1. Rights Granted to the Customer
Upon delivery, you receive full commercial rights to your song and any accompanying digital assets. You may use, share, distribute, or monetize the content as desired.
4.2. Rights Retained by OnlySongs
OnlySongs retains the right to use anonymized audio samples for promotional or portfolio purposes. You may opt out by emailing [email protected] upon purchase.
4.3. Restrictions
You may not resell, edit, or distribute our templates, cover art styles, or platform branding without written consent.
Pricing, Payments, and Taxes
5.1. Prices
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time.
5.2. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a transaction, you authorize OnlySongs to charge your selected payment method. We do not store credit card details.
5.3. Taxes
You are responsible for any additional duties, VAT, or local taxes applicable in your country.
Refund and Revision Policy
6.1. No Refunds
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our service, no refunds are issued once the order is submitted.
6.2. Revisions
Each order includes 2 rounds of revisions, and each round includes 2 new versions. Revisions must be requested within 72 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this window may be declined.
Streaming and Publishing
7.1. Distribution Platforms
For customers who select streaming, songs are uploaded via third-party distributor Amuse.io to platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
7.2. Metadata and Artist Naming

Digital Printable Art
8.1. Format
Premium orders receive printable artwork in PDF and PNG formats in A3, A4, and A5 sizes.
8.2. Design
Customers choose one of three available templates during the order process. Templates cannot be changed after the order is submitted.
8.3. Usage
Artwork is for personal use only. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.
Promotions and Discounts
9.1. Usage Rules
Promotional codes or limited-time discounts may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Only one discount may apply per order.
9.2. Abuse of Promotions
We reserve the right to cancel orders or suspend accounts found abusing promotional offers or attempting to manipulate pricing through technical or fraudulent means.
Affiliate and Creator Partnerships
10.1. Structure
Creators enrolled in our affiliate program earn commissions based on monthly sales generated via their personal referral link. Commission rates and levels are defined in our separate Creator Onboarding Kit.
10.2. Eligibility
Affiliates must be 18+ or have written consent from a guardian. We may terminate affiliate status at any time if unethical practices are detected (e.g., fake traffic, spam, misleading promotion).
10.3. Payments
Affiliate commissions are paid out monthly, within 15 business days of month-end. Commissions are subject to a minimum payout threshold and review for fraud prevention.
Data Protection and Privacy
11.1. Data Use
We collect and process only the data needed to fulfill your order. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data without your consent.
11.2. GDPR Compliance
OnlySongs complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
User Obligations and Conduct
12.1. Responsible Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, harass our staff, or engage in behavior that may disrupt the service or experience of others.
12.2. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend access or refuse service to any user who violates these Terms.
Disclaimer of Liability
OnlySongs is not responsible for subjective dissatisfaction with creative output; emotional or social outcomes of gifting; third-party platform issues (e.g., streaming delays); or loss or corruption of digital files after delivery. All services are provided “as-is” with no warranties beyond those explicitly stated.
Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Revised terms take effect immediately upon publication at www.onlysongs.ai.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the German courts.

Force Majeure
OnlySongs shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, governmental action, internet outages, or third-party service interruptions.
Testimonials and User Submissions
By submitting reviews, testimonials, or public feedback, you grant OnlySongs the non-exclusive right to use your statements in marketing or promotional materials, in anonymized or credited form.
